Cardiac Rehab Manager: Bethany Seal, RN
Cardiac Rehab is an exercise and education program designed for those who have suffered a heart event. It combines telemetry monitoring while performing exercises including but not limited to NuStep, Arm bike, Stationary bike, Treadmill, free weights and resistance bands. Throughout the program, you will also receive education on ways to reduce your cardiac risk factors. Each patient also receives a consult with both the Registered Dietician and Social Worker. The program is individualized for each patient to achieve personal level of peak health after a heart related incident. The program consists of up to 36 visits, 3 times per week and is medically supervised daily.
