Executive Director of Clinic Services

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements strategic initiatives to ensure success and support of RMC mission.

Develops and maintains infrastructure necessary to support practice management activities.

Develops and implements operating policy and procedures and annual department capital budgets.

Complies with safety policies and procedures; reports hazards and initiates appropriate action.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a progressively complex leadership role. Registered Nurse (RN), BSN preferred or possess equivalent clinic management experience and/or education.

Able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.

Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
