As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented IT professional to join our team and support our technological infrastructure.

Position Summary: Riverside Medical Center is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician with additional responsibilities as a Systems Administrator. This dual-role position is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including the Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of network administration, and the ability to provide exceptional technical support to our staff.

Qualifications:

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT help desk or network administration role.

· Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network security.

· Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various platforms.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
