Volunteer - Volunteer Services

Hospital Volunteer
Reports to Community Outreach/PR Director

We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude to help in our volunteer department for the hospital and foundation.

Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Background check is required
-Must be able to work minimum of 1 four-hour shift per week

Must be able to possess and display:
-Dependability and Reliability
-Professional Communication Skills
-Organizational Skills
-HIPAA compliance, maintaining confidentiality
-Adhere to policies and procedures to promote hospital mission and vision

Duties may include but not limited to:
-Engaging with visitors, patients, and staff for support
-Directing and assisting guests to correct department locations
-Clerical assistance answering phones, paperwork processing, and filing documents
-Keeping work areas cleaned and organized
-Assisting maintenance department
