Business Office Director

The Patient Business Office Director shall be directly responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring systems
and procedures for collections and billing related to patient accounts and insurance.

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable characteristics include two years of college or business college, a proficiency in written and verbal communications, possess ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public; a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a health care institution; and experience with chargemaster and hospital coding/billing.
